Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: To participate in the affiliate program, you must be at least 18 years old and have an active website, blog, or social media platform that aligns with our brand values.
Application Process: Interested parties must complete the affiliate program application form. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion.
Commission Structure: Affiliates will earn a commission of 30% on all qualifying orders from the Beyond UX Design shop, unless stated otherwise. Commissions are calculated based on the net sale amount, excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts.
Payment Terms: Commissions will be paid via PayPal once the minimum payout threshold of $50 is reached. Affiliates may also request a payout at any time.
Affiliate Responsibilities: Affiliates must adhere to ethical marketing practices and ensure all promotional content is accurate and truthful. Affiliates should not engage in any fraudulent or misleading activities.
Prohibited Activities: Affiliates are prohibited from using their affiliate links in paid advertisements, including but not limited to PPC advertising, unless prior approval is obtained. Additionally, affiliates must not use their affiliate link for personal purchases.
Tracking and Reporting: Affiliates can track their earnings and performance via their affiliate dashboard at beyonduxdesign.com/affiliate-account.
Affiliate Support: Assistance and inquiries can be directed to Jeremy at hello@beyonduxdesign.com.
Intellectual Property: Affiliates may use our trademarks, logos, and marketing materials provided by us, but only in the context of promoting our products as an affiliate. All intellectual property rights remain with BeyondUXdesign.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at our discretion if we suspect any breach of these terms or engagement in any harmful behavior.
Modification of Terms: We may modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the great state of Kentucky.
